Praveen, the Principal of DPS has changed some time back. She is taking many new steps towards the betterment of the School. May be they have reduced the number of seats to improve the children:teacher ratio. that could be a possibility, because till now there are 35-45 students in each class.

Even I was under the impression that there would be around 250 seats.

yes i came to know that they have 240 seats ..out of which 25% reserved for EWS..allotted 120 through lottery and 25 % is management quota...

they never advertise for EWS wing nor they asked about in the admission form. Then how come we see EWS now? What is the admission process for selecting EWS & when??

EWS is Economically weaker section...Which i dont think wud be applying in :) so u can say they wud exercise there own will

Could anyone guide me please.i have to submit fees in apeejay tomm and dps waiting list would be displayed on 24th.shall I forego admission in apeejay and wait for that list or else I should opt for apeejay only.

Actually I am also sailing in the same boat.... I am thinking of submitting the fee on Wednesday after asking for 2 days grace period from Apeejay... lets hope they agree for it.

In DPS what is ur wait list no.?? Mine is 28, chances are very bleak in my case.

Did apeejay guys agreed for submission of late fees.i haven't submitted fees in apeejay because of dps.but still in waiting
Don't know whether I had taken right or wrong decision for forgoing apeejay.

They didn't ask for late fees. I handed over both DD to them & no questions asked. what is ur wait list no? DPS is out with 2nd provisional list. Check if ur name is there or not otherwise don't waste time, Apeejay have already got more than 100 admissions.

@Aarti: Apeejay is still taking admissions, just go there & talk to them saying u were out of town etc, if they have seat, they will confirm you . Same case of our neighbor child, they were called today for interaction.

No Luck in DPS 19. Did not received any call from Apeejay yet...

Does anyone has idea about DPS  Greater Faridabad Sec-81? Any feedback about this?

DPS gr FBD is a franchise of dps society...it would be aisa's biggest school once completed..but core society schools are better then franchise...you can check the school yourself...other good schools which u can try is Aravalli..., mvn  & MR
