Is there any likely impact on Admission Form dates/submissions with the School body approaching court over guidelines?

There is a discussion today that Schools body including Vasant Valley moved court asking for stay on Nursery Admission Guidelines

Delhi Nursery Admissions - After getting stay on EWS quota in Minority schools, more schools including Vasant Valley move court asking for stay on Nursery Admission Guidelines.

This appears to be the last attempt by private schools to get their management quotas back and have nursery admissions in Delhi as per previous year guidelines.

Is this a confirmed development?

What is the impact of this development? Are the dates for submission of admission forms likely to be moved?

We informed parents yesterday that today case by school associations is coming to court ,see the article below.

Appreciate that! The big question stil is- does it change the dates in any way. I am traveling back to Delhi only for school admissions and this development puts my plan at risk and I am sure there are plenty more who are anxious about the effect of any last minute date changes to their plans/leaves etc..
