i have just submitted online form for fr agnel. but there is no mention of any draft or processing fee at the time of submission. could anyone pls confirm?\

Yes there is no fees. You just need to carry the documents (along with receipt) with you.

PS: they even don't want attested documents, at least that is what I could make out from the list which they have mentioned.

@kushwinder.
I downloded the form on thursday after that on friday they disabled the link for download.
I had uploaded the form in one of my earlier post. not sure if u can download the form from this site.my suggestion is that u wait for the school to enable the link and download d form from there. they might have made some changes.
