some schools are asking like Maxfort pitampura for the proof of only girl child. So please guide what to do and what kind of affidivit should be made?

But notary will have the format and he will do.

 Affidavit Format For First born / only girl child

* This affidavit should be on a non-judicial stamp paper of  Rs. 10/- and should be duly attested by Notary Public.

 

I ________________________ S/o_______________________________

R/o__________________________________________________________

do hereby solemnly affirm and declare as under :

1. That I have applied to………………., New Delhi for admission of my

daughter named _______________________________ in Pre-School/ Nursery

(Nursery) (2014-2015).

2. That I declare that __________________ is our only girl child

and he/she does not have any elder sibling.

 

DEPONENT

 

VERIFICATION

Verified at Delhi on ________ day of ________ 2014 that the contents of my

above affidavit are true and correct to my knowledge and no material facts have

been concealed therein.

Sure. Affidavit is a legal document so original.

Latha ji, the schools are asking for joint declaration by both parents. so can we replace 'I' with 'we' in the affidavit. further, all the schools are asking for afidavit, so can we make a common affidavit by deleting point No. 1 in the affidavit.

Father and Mother can fill up and sign as below format for a Joint declaration as the case may be

We  parents  __________name______________ (Father) and ________name _______________________

(mother) R/o__________________________________________________________

do hereby solemnly affirm and declare as under :

1. That we have for admission of my daughter /son named _______________________________ in Pre-School/ Nursery

(2015-2016).

2. That we declare that ____name______________ is our first born(Boy /Girl) child /

and he/she does not have any elder sibling.

Signature of parents

As far as my knowledge just a joint declaration needs can be done in a plain paper and does not need any stamp paper but confirm with school.
