not able to register for amity international saket

I am not able to register on Amity International Saket website there are three questions in the registration form, we have to answer each question in 250 words and but even after entering the details a pop-up is showing to insert 250 words. What should i do. Plz reply.

its 250 characters not words which means two lines max.

all three questions require answers which are not more than 250 characters (not words) including spaces. anything above 250 characters will give this error.
