How is Raghubir Singh Junior Modern School, Humayun Road?

Considering student of RS Modern school get direct admission to Modern School Barakhamba after Junior Classes. Any review recommendations of Junior RS school?

snob kids & parents

mothers parade is a sight to watch at the school chutti time laden with diamonds, gucci, louis vuitton not to mention mercs, audis, beemers

main school will drain your finances not thru fees but by showing off material competition amongst students & parents alike.

if you can not afford the competion, your kid self-esteem will suffer.

kids there have self-audis, self-bmw & self-mercs in place of self-esteem.

otherwise good school.

That's actually a good and a very important insight.

The other day I went to Modern School Vasant Vihar to submit the application forms for my kids and the story is no different there.

Any comments on Vasant Vihat Modern school guys?

Modern School unofficially saying while submitting forms:

You are allowed to apply only to one Branch either RSJM or VV.

Applying to both will cancel both the applications.

Nothing officially mentioned on the website/forms/guidlines/instructions of Modern RJMS & VV.

THIS IS AGAINST DOE RULES, ISNT IT ?

Schools can not decide arbitarily.

DOE guidelines says that you can apply to any school witinh 8 km radius.

Will MR.VOHRA take up the matter with DOE regarding this ???

Whereas DPS states that you can apply to any number of DPSes within 8 km radius.

Its high time to break cosy club attitude of such schools.

You are right!

Ideally, they should not. The same thing has been observed for Springdales.

You can't apply to PUSA ROAD And DHAULA KUAN both?

Whichever is nearest is what they say.

Previously it was mentioned in the forms that you can apply in one unit only. But now they have removed it please check. It means if you fall under 8 k.m. radius you can apply in any branch.

If you go through the application form thoroughly you can see a undertaking which has to signed by parents in both the application forms of both branches that you certify you did not apply in another branch.

Hi Sansan,this is very much mentioned on the forms of all modern school branches.Infact just before the signatures they take a declaration from parents that they re not applying to any other

SAME HERE DIFFERNT SCHOOL FOLLOWING THE IR OWN STEPS BUT THE POINT SYSTEM IS SAME. MANY SCHOOL ARE NOT UP DATING, CURIOUS PARENTS NO WHERE TO GO . 70 POINTS WITH TWINS .LAST 35 YEARS RESIDING IN AIIMS NO PLACE FOR MY KIDS!WE HAV TO FOR DHARNA!
