Schools declaring list before 28Feb

Are schools free to set the first list release date on their own discretion?

Today i went to Mira Model School, Janakpuri to submit the form. They told me that first list will be out on 15 Feb. Is it not violation of the guidelines? 

If my daughter name comes in the first list of Mira Model, i will be forced to either this list if I plan of waiting for the lists of other schools which will be out on 28Feb!

Refer FAQ in left scroller in DOE website

1S.Can schools display the list of selected children for admission on dates at

their discretion?

NO. The school has to display the first list on 28/02/2014 and the

second one on 15/03/2014 respectively. Subsequent dates shall be

displayed between 17/03/2014 and 31/03/2014. These dates will be

COMMONfor all schools.

But Mira Model is displaying first list on 15 Feb as per latest update.

also g d salwan rajinder nagar display the first list on 24 feb at 10 am

No lathaa, schools are  following their own rules. most of the schools are announcing in mid feb

Yes even bal bharati rohini says list will beout on 24th feb. Girls quota draw for 5 % will be be done on 15th feb in ryan.

Please don't confuse  girls lottery with results .

Yes if final list is being displayed before 28feb that is flouting and we got many results postponed in previous years also.

All of you can collect erring result dates and inbox me in single mail.
