How we able to know that the Tran fer case is real. It must be from reputed organization and should have some method to identify reality. Government should take action otherwise no need to exercise these all.

All will get equal opportunity that's great news plus u get benefits of 30-40 seats of management quota per school .which now wud be general.

There are 76 parents who have 80+ points and these directly get admission in DPS VV..rest 64 would be choosen from ones who have 75 points (239) ... 70 pointers go out with a new search .. alas !!

Hi All

Please  give suggestions how fake transfer certificates can be caught .

LIKE MY SUGGESTION IS "GIVE MIN 3 MONTHS OF RESIDENTIAL PROOF

(ONLY GOVT OR DOE RECOGNISED )FROM THE PLACE, YOU WERE TRANSFERRED'.

PLEASE GIVE SUGGESTIONS AS Mr Vohra will put this across to DPS PRINCIPAL and others also.

Thats a very good suggestion.

1. Give min 3 months proof (recognized by DOE) from the place you were transferred.

2. Provide letter on letterhead with seal and Point of contact of the HR personnel of previous and new company locations. Schools must call up and confirm.

3. Schools must verify and ensure only genuine inter-"STATE" cases are considered and not cases where typically govt services people are tranferred from one zone to the other within Delhi.

Also I see one gentleman in the post above mentioned he can use his "sound proof" methodology to checkout fake certificates. Please do give pointers.

Contact details of Company HR of Prev. and current location should be mentioned on transfer certificates.

Sakshi - would you know if DPS RKP management quota seats (approx 50) have been accomodated in the 160 General Seats ?

It should also be checked that the transfer should be interstate in one company only and there should not be any change of company or job. Only genuine cases should be strictly considered.

Gurpreet, transfer means in same organisation only.  Joining some other organisation will not be a transfer. I mean govt. job to govt. same MNC to same MNC and likewise. Give some more suggestions for rent agreements and other proofing of residence etc.

ya rent agreement of the previous place, salary slip, 26AS form containing details of tax deducted at source, details of transfer of gas connection, earlier mobile no., contact details of earlier HR Department.....can be verified in case of transfer cases.

@ Sakshi for transfer cases : Please note these days stamp papers are on line and it is almost impossible to have stamp paper in back date. so if a person is submitting rent agreement then pl verify first the date on which stamp paper was issued. Secondly you can ask for the proof of Min 6 months instead of 3 months as very few people would have arranged the old stamp papers.

As now the verification process will be on and it will not affect the admission process,you can ask the salary slip of the person before date of transfer as almost all the companies mention the place of work on the salary slips.

Now a days it is a very common practice that parents send their child to play schools you can ask the details of that school and can cross check about the admission details of that child in play school, if there is any manipulation same will be caught immediately.

One more thing you can ask the contact no of old landlord or old agreement where he was residing before transfer and can easily verify the facts.
