CM intervention must for interstate transfer fraud
how can I get an audience with our CM to protest against interstate points fraud and would be great if people join me....

Ideally apart from sibling there should not be any other extra points... even for sibling there should be some specified quota.

Agree completely... Apart from distance and siblings, there should not be any other points...
How does it matter that I cleared my 10/th12th from a school some ages ... how does that entitle one's child an added advantage in the same school 5-30 years later??? beyond my comprehension...

it seems all transfer cases are filled forms in best schools only and they all resides in those areas only.

Also it is very unfortunate that schools are nt checking documents first so these false can be blocked at earlier level because once their ward will get admission than it will be just formality that they will be issue some notice and in reply parents will say sorry and matter will be closed or some parents will go to court and court will say ok now student should not suffer for thier parents falseness and matter will be closed.
But important question is that only those parents are suffering who are law abiding citizens and rule following citizens.
Government should take care of these citizens at least Honorable Education Minister should give suitable some direction in this matter.

It must be thoroughly checked because there are some fraudulent brokers available in the market which provide the fake TRANSFER Certificates especially to those people who are working in the private sector (as it is next to impossible for a government employee to produce the transfer certificate) and you will get extra advantage of the points on the basis of transfer for your ward in nursery admission. It MUST be checked by Government & School Authorities that Delhi-NCR transfers (like Ghaziabad, Noida, Faridabad, Gurgaon, Bahadurgarh) MUST NOT be treated as inter-state transfer cases. Who Will Ensure It I Have Doubt ? ? ?

I am with you... Even EWS category is well place than general category with 70 points... serious intervention is required either by govt or by court...

Hi Sumit, Its a major disappointment for parents like us who in spite of having good qualifications(both me n my husband are engineers from premier Engg inst of the country) are not able to ensure good schooling for our kid.There is just no hope for 70 pointers as we aren't even considered for the draw. Though we had applied in 21 schools but the chances of my kid getting admitted in a good school is getting slimmer day by day. Can you please suggest what can we do to ensure that our kid gets admitted somewhere?

I wrote to many people yesterday but only Dr. HarshVardhan (BJP cm candidate) has responded, he said that he will raise this matter with LG.. Dr Harsh Vardhan seems to be a copassionate man. You too can write to him.
I personally met law minister Mr. Somnath Bharti today. He accepted that this is unfair and have promised to take this matter with LG.. It would be extremely nice if someone can write or meet LG. I suggest all parents should write/meet to these people
you can find contact details of these people over the net... If more parents take up this issue personally and give thier contribution impact would be more.
We know that there is a problem.. lets work for the solution. If there are any lawyers please help...

I am exactly feeling the same... Since 70 pointers are not even considered for the first draw.... We can just wait and hope that our kids get some chance in the waiting lists.
