 Affidavit Format For First Born Girl Child

* This affidavit should be on a non-judicial stamp paper of  Rs. 10/- and should be duly attested by Notary Public.

 

I ________________________ S/o_______________________________

R/o__________________________________________________________

do hereby solemnly affirm and declare as under :

1. That I have applied to………………., New Delhi for admission of my

daughter named _______________________________ in Pre-School/ Nursery

(Nursery) (2014-2015).

2. That I declare that __________________ is our first born Girl child.

 

DEPONENT

 

VERIFICATION

Verified at Delhi on ________ day of ________ 2014  that the contents of my

above affidavit are true and correct to my knowledge and no material facts have

been concealed therein.

DEPONENT

But if you go to notary he will issue this affidavit.

For Languages known you can show your Class X certificate and further show any languages courses you have passed.

What if i dont hv the docs to prove the  3rd language known by me? can i make an affidavit for that too..?

Even if you have that language in school you can attach that proof. If not confirm with school.

You need to know 4 languages ! Do you know 4? If yes, which are those languages? Please tell , accordingly may be I can help you, as today I have gone thru this process

As far language go i know 5-6 languages.. out of which i hv studied 4 in some point of time during school and professional courses ... I dont think i have supported docs for all wid me. 

Would like to talk to you since u hv been through this process...thanks.
