1 After Mr Sumit Vohra's complaint all discussions have been done

2 Even if it takes more than two days ( what ever the clarification / notification/advisory comes IT WILL BE EFFECTIVE AND IRRESPECTIVE OF FAKE SELECTIONS, the fake case would be removed from final selected list before 28th feb)

3 DOE is taking things seriously and agree 70 points are not helping parents

4 Cast your vote so that public opinion can be reflected ( As we should not allow any type of manipulation )

5 The clarification can come any time now .

6 Stay calm if not satisfied then take next step ,

absolutely Maharam Ji ...lets fight this battle with raising each and every voice out here to get the alumini , transfer points removed and replaced by first child and also increasing the distance by another 5 points or get the 1st child with 10 points .. EARNEST REQUEST TO ALL OF US PLEASE SUPPORT THIS WORTHWHILE CAUSE HELPING MR VOHRA TO ENSURE THAT FAIR PRACTICE IS ENFORCED BY THE DOE and all the woes of genuine parents come to an end .. AMEN !!

Once a case is declared as fake/ in-eligible then same should be flagged either on DOE site or a repository created on AN, so that schools / parents can refer for non-admission of those cases elsewhere

it shouldn't happen that admission documents are declared fake in 'A' school but the admission is allowed in 'B' or any other school.

Appreciate the late however expected reaction from parents !!

1. Are Interstate transferred parents applying in the middle of an academic year, then why a quota?

2. Should we not have the entire evaluation, verification and DRAW AGAIN? I believe that rest of the parents should be given an equal opportunity for their wards.

3. Why an ENTITLEMENT to ALUMNI kids? Why bureaucratic approach?

4. General is clearly a minority quota now, where is equality in the system?

5. Why cannot schools be pushed to increase number of seats to solve this at a basic level?

6. POINT SYSTEM IS A FAILURE - Schools should be given a mandate to do a draw for all eligible and then have a waiting list

sakshi mam out of the 381 cases of 75 points in DPS-EOK 236 were transfer cases, if transfer from ncr is abolished, then only few transfers will remian which are genuine. then 70 points holders will get a chance at least in waiting list. at the moment waiting list is full of these fake transfers (i hope and think). only redraw after removing these cases will help. because on 28th the list will come including these NCR transfer cases.

But please advise schools to draw once again (MIS and DPS etc.) So that those who have 70 points will also get opportunity.

LG guidelines cannot changed

5 points cannot be removed ,vote in survey that will make impact against ncr points

Re-draw can be considered even now. All schools must be having the data on computer by now and it is just a click away to find out transfer cases within NCR. Just remove those from the list and conduct a fresh draw of lot. Now mandatory all parents should attend, Let the school ask few parent reps voluntarily to witness the draw. But even fake within other state transfers will exist. That is why, may be objected by school lobby. They may also get more irritated if it happens because of their wholesome exercise going vain. Administrative powers are also involved. So may be difficult for the current going. Anyway, lets pray for fair and genuine result.
