many persons are claiming sibling points with transfer cases, it cannot understand what is meant by transfer cases or who they interpretate or how school is interpretating these sought of transfer cass. According to my understanding the transfer cases is applicable where the family as a whole got transferred from one city to another not just a breadearner in a family is transferred from another city to delhi while the family is residing in Delhi.

Yes, I agree with you, but it needed to get clarified from the guidelines of nursery admission regarding transfer cases.

Even without transfer point, if they have valid sibling points, they are falling under shortlisted list of 80-100 points. No hope for parents like me having only 70 points. We should really need to do something about transfer cases having 75 points. This is really a meaningless criteria which is eating up all the remaining seats in every school.......

There should have been 10 points each for sibling and first child...y should sibling be given an advantage over the first child...

There is an unequal distribution of Points.The ideal point system should be
Distance ( 8 KM) - 70 Points
Alumini - 05 Points
Sibling - 15 Points
Girl Child - 05 points
First Child - 05 Points
This point system will be able to cover almost all the wards and helps to gain points. The 5 % Girl quota should be abolished.

This will land up having majority of girls in all main schools. No place for boys.....
5% girls quota is valid. Transfer cases must have had separate 4-5% quota and had zero points under open seats. The root cause is to brought transfer cases into the point system. Why should they get so much importance? Transfer with in NCR must not be considered at all.

My child is girl n she is my first child but they given me only 70 point why. My form no is 2216

@ Sanju - There are no extra points for girls or first child. Girls have 5% reservation, which will be a separate draw amongst all girl candidates (scoring 70 or more points)

Hansraj Model school, Punjabi Bagh has no consideration for Boy childs with 70 points.
Very clear, if you have a boy child and you belong to middle class, your kid is physically fit - there is way that your child can get admitted.
You are only dependent upon the mercy of EWS category , Girls, Disadvantage childs - If they leave the option to get admission in Hansraj Model school, punjabi bagh then only you can think of getting your name in lucky draw ie. from out of list of 2000 applicants
