1 After Mr Sumit Vohra's complaint all discussions have been done
2 Even if it takes more than two days ( what ever the clarification / notification/advisory comes IT WILL BE EFFECTIVE AND IRRESPECTIVE OF FAKE SELECTIONS, the fake case would be removed from final selected list before 28th feb)
3 DOE is taking things seriously and agree 70 points are not helping parents
4 Cast your vote so that public opinion can be reflected ( As we should not allow any type of manipulation )
5 The clarification can come any time now .
6 Stay calm if not satisfied then take next step ,

Hello Sir,
I got a invitation form Heritage school for girl child lottery even i have 70 points only.
so saying that they are calling only 75+ for lottery is false.

i got mail from heritage..
Dear Parent, Your child is selected for draw of lots to be held as detailed below: Date : 15 Feb 2014 Time : 09:00 AM Address : The Heritage School, D-2 Vasant Kunj, Delhi 110070. Due to large number of children coming under draw of lots, presence of either of the parent is preferred. It is mandatory to carry your Registration Slip. In case of unavailability of the parent, an authorized representative bearing the child's Registration Slip can be present at the time of draw of lots. Please be punctual. I have a boy child(70 points) and got the same email from heritage... Ur mail does not say that ur girl child will be included in the girl child draw ... may be it is for only open wait list...

Hello Sakshi,
Every one is just discussing about transfer and girls child case, no body even think about staff quota,
as no school declaring the seats and applicants in this quota, are they taking it as management quota and will sell these seats in future.
As i know for sure these seats will remain vacant in schools so they should clear it and merge it in general seats, so that some more wards can take admission.

Staff : Here also manipulation is expected. DoE must issue clarification who is to be considered under staff - permanent and regular, semi-permanent, adhoc, temporary contract etc. To me, it should be only the confirm and regular employee rendered atleast 2 years service with probation period. These days, PF is also deducted even from temporary members.
Therefore, schools may also consider one which is actually temporary/contract/on probation etc in the staff category, thus doing favour to them by snatching a general/EWS seat. What you say?

circular is out but it has given the resposbility to schools to check genuiness of the claim and in doubtful cases no points should be given, the DoE can carry out randam inspection in this regard post-admission

This circular serves no purpose - things remain as is. 70 pointers are just not wanted anywhere!!!
