Prove fake case with documentary evidence
DPS R K PURAM cases . A list will be put by 21 Feb or 22 Feb and if parents can prove with documentary evidence. The candidates name would be removed from the list supposed to come on 28 FEB(Final LIst) on Mr Sumit Vohra request every candidate would be under scrutiny for one year ( only for fake documents )

Does this imply that one set of parents will be required to spy on another set ?? Is there a justification in pitting one parent against his/her fellow mate ?? .... i guess not !
Firstly, the whole concept of 'transfer' as a case for securing 5 vital (and discriminating) points is questionable. Then again, the farcical issue of NCR transfers. And on top of that, some parents resorting to copious means to generate 'fake' certificates !
When the DOE itself is not doing anything concrete to curb this menace, and schools are not bothered either... are we pushing the cudgel to the unfortunate 70-point parents to fight their own game ???

Right approch is to scrap TRF POINTS altogether.
Parents are vested interest & hence will be impartial towards other parents & it is not parents job to spy.

This job is of DOE nd respective school to scrutinise the fake cases. How can parents prove nd arrange documents of other parents not knowing each other. School is just running away from their responsibility.

DPS East of Kailash is less than 1km from my residence but my child can not go to that school coz we hv only 70 points ...it was the most preferred school in my list . I think the schools should consider 70 pointers also in draw of lots...else whats the point of having neighborhood score? Its as good as zero ...

Daisy Dales is just near DPS EOK, why it is not on your preferred list ?
The problem is of anar/bimar, not everyone will get it. One set of guidelines will not suit everyone.
I do not think the situation will change in a few decades. It was like this when I was a kid & it is practically same even now.

This circular will definitely create fear among the fake transfer parents, even I am hopeful they will not turn for verification. Take it for guaranteed. This is going to happen, why because DPS RKP Principal stating it to be valid for 1 year from the date of admission is really appreciating step.
Truth stands no longer. It will be a lesson for fake transfer cases and it is likely that FIR may also be raised against both the organisation and the employee transferred.

So now we need Hire a Detective Agency and get a background check of all transfer cases. What an Idea sir ji.

People are panicking seeing results of few draws. Slowly you will see 70 pointers also getting accomodated. But if you say everyone wants DPS & MODERN then it is not possible & it was not possible with previous year's guidelines too.

Every one is bothered about the 5 points only. Have you all forgot the fake Address proofs. They should also be thoroughly scrutinized.

Rukman, yes, u are right and majority of rent agreements expected to be fake. needs cross checking.
