DRAW DATES FOR SCHOOLS IN EAST DELHI 2014_15

EVERYONE IS INVITED HERE TO DISCUSS THE DATES OF DRAW FOR GIRL CHILD AND THE FINAL DATE OF DRAWS AS WELL AS OTHER IMPORTANT DATES OF SCHOOLS IN EAST DELHI AREA.

KINDLY DO UPDATE THIS THREAD TIMELY TO AVOID ANY LAST MINUTE HASSLES.

@Babita, also in that case, I wonder why draw for 75 pointers is being held if number of seats is more than number of applicants having 75 i.e. 110 for 130.

I think, they have just mentioned it and draw will be only for 70 pointers for remaining 20 seats.

on a lighter note it looks like all parents like us have become skeptical, to the extent that we are surprised why there are no 90s!!!

Vivekanand School, Anand Vihar............Pre School, draw to be held on 22nd Feb on 9.30 am for 70 pointers Gen Cat. for balance 31 seats out of which 6 is reserved for staff. Total No. of applicants is 1430 Nos.

Thanks Sundeep for sharing info about vivekananda D block. only concerning point for me is the criterion related to verification of documents for admission purpose. It says only doc required at the time of admission are 1. birth certificate 2. Childs photo.

Very very concerned as to how they will identify and restrict the fake transfer cases with the help of these docs.

They have already filled their 111 seats by candidates having 95, 90 and 75 points.

and to have better clarity on one of Sandeeps statment: total applicant under 70 point group are 1430.

25 seats viz a viz 1430 applications under 70 point group.

What i understand the prudence should be to check our ward name in registered students list in the schools we have applied and then wait for the final admission list of these schools. These 90 & 75 point kids will definitely have applied in all schools. That is the reason, they have occupied top places in list in all these schools. You can vouch the same with the list of 2-3 schools as sample.

But the irony is that our kids will have no choice but the leftover schools.

To my opinion, the 75 point cases with inter transfer cases should be scrutinized well with the rent agreement/telephone connections or other utility bills of the location they have been transferred from. Just a transfer order is not sufficient for the verification.

I totally agree Mr.Gaurav.....Its just a prank going on in schools for 70 pointer kids.....At Ahlcon International School yesterday in Girl Child draw...for 8 seats there were more than 700 parents. Its all nonsense happening around...What our kids will do
