Appreciate the new guidelines issued by Gyan Bharti as advised by Mr.Vohra. Really great! Hope other schools will follow it.

Schools do not have jurisdiction to decide & not consider NCR trf cases. It will lead to each school going against the guidelines according to their whims & fancies not only on trf but on other guidelines too.

It is for competent authty to make rules, schools are supposed to follow the same & should not venture beyond that. At the best schools can appraise the DOE regarding the situation, but Schools & DOE can never be on talking terms as they are pitted against each other in courts every year.

Asking for documents is certainly under the schools power/discretion & they can ask for relevent docs to weed out ineligible cases ie all cases wthr trf or not.

It is for LG/DOE to decide, certainly not a school.

Schools may take advtage of this situation to hammer their point in HC that the guidelines are bad & get it revoked thus getting mngmnt quota back.

DOE/LG should remove trf completly to remove any discretionery powers, as it is misused

Totally agree. Hope all schools follow this.

These are the perfect guidelines without any loop hole issued by Gyan Bharti School. Such clear guidelines should also be adopted by other schools too.

THANX A TON MR VOHRA AND AN TEAM FOR UR SUPPORT N UR EFFORTS.

As per Ganguly committee report too transfer points was considered to be a school specific criteria and it cannot be included into a generalized one. It can be abolished or a minimum quota can be fixed since it has left no entry for Delhiites.

Transfer point must be abolished for a fair section for kids and there is no alternative in current scenario. Even kids with special need are not given any special point, it is utter nonsense to give 5 point for transfer. What a mess this nursery guideline has turned into. Really a insult to small kids.

The guideline "Change of jobs or fresh appointments will not

be considered as Transfer" should only be restricted to NCR region and other cases (across states) should be considered as transfer cases.

At last some ray of hope for 70 pointers

Mr Vohra our hope is only on you . you are our savior.

thanks for your efforts irrespective of anything and everything

FULLY AGREED WITH RAHUL SARAF. THESE TRANSFER POINTS SHUD B FULLY SCRAPPED
