Asking for donation (In a school lacated in East Delhi)

Hi,
Yesterday i have received a call from a school to visit the admission cell and they are asking to deposit 40,000 for admission confirmation apart from the School fees.

Vinod ,We need to have some type of proof t0 complaint . parents who have faced should complaint to DOE .

now schools are smart they dont use word donation. its name of building fund, maintenance fund , one time charge fees etc.

and i think every school have this type i dont any school who can admit student without this type of charges or only monthly / quaterly fees

i just want to know is this involve in donation or its school right?

Me also asked to deposit 40000/- against building maintenance fund at very early stage when i visited to the School to deposit the application form to confirm the admission of my ward. School is in I P extn.
