Would they instruct schools to redo the draw of lots for 70 & 75 pointers...most schools are already done with theirs and would be putting up the list on 28th.
Gyan Bharati Saket has a 'Merit List' of selected candidates a few of whom have Transfer and Sibling points - a total of 95 points!!! Are they considering Transfer cases since infinity!

Transfer points should be abolished, 1st list on 28th should be delayed and fresh draws should be carried out for all schools.

Earler schools gave marks for even having transferable jobs.

EWS quota should also be abolished bcoz people are submitting fake certificates - why this is not been talked about

The admissions must be delayed otherwise kids with 70 pts will get no admissions this year.Hope something positive happens.

Ya . I am also hopeful. lets see what will happen. But they should have given an early date for hearing. god knows what will happen. With the current system of points I always thought that my child has been denied the right to education in a good school. People from other states (actual or fake. god knows!!) have priveledge over our children and can get admission in school of their choice. their name will appear in all the schools and i can not find name of my child in even one school .
And i aso want to question that when points for siblings have been given then why points for first child have not been given. when my first child will not go to a good school then automatically my second child will also not go to good school.

From the very beginning I didn't see any logic in giving away transfer points to kids for nursery admissions. There is no logic behind this. Why should anyone, coming to Delhi from somewhere else, should be given 5 extra points while those who have been living in Delhi for years should be at disadvantage. Transfer points as one of the clause for nursery admissions should be removed and draws be carried out again.

if HC declares '5' extra points as unjustified, will this translate to process done so far (i.e. draw of lots for 70 pointers as well sa 75 pointers-in most vintage schools) as null and void.
will there be a new draw of lots...
if anyone has 'legal know how' please advice us all...

Justice should be sought and impremented urgently to avoid any loss to children.

Government should abolished completely transfer case and if want they can reserved 5 % quota for interstate transfer and at least give more preference to baby they are residing in at least 2-3 km from schools and first child .
I have crossed my fingers and bow my Head against God for justice of all KIDS .

Dont do you think ... its too late now?? Except few schools, all schools have already released their first list...
Do you think would school go through the process of draw again?
