Poonam I am very much agree with you. The kids with 70 pooints should be also consider fot the draw. But most of the schools r not considering 70 points and the lucky draw already being done. No hope at yet.......but still finger crossed.

LG and schools will give argument of lack of time, if the HC order is against transfer points. but, they should think that this is not a higher class. Even delay of one month is acceptable as its just Pre-Nursery.

It's really very much confusing at this time. U r right, the parents, whose ward has been selected in any school, will not hesitate to go to the Court. So it does not seem that the matter will be sorted soon and hopefully, the admission procedure will be delayed.

How funny or u can say 'hardest luck' that my child is staying just half a kilometer away from this school, and he has not been considered even for lucky draw.

Everybody talking of transfer points..but I dont think any school taking first child.. into consideration..I filled in 30 schools n no school has considered first child as the criteria

Transfer points have no meaning. Even if someone transferred, 70 pts can be availed by them on distance basis. Why some one already living in an area be denied for someone coming to that area due to transfer? Moreover, this point has been maximum manipulated among all categories. Hence, its a bad option.
