DAV Srestha vihar does Injustice with 70 point Boys
DAV srestha vihar didn't followed the DOE guidelines for draw of Girls and General category today
Order of L.G./DOE says:
"05% girl's quota for co-ed schools: The seats for 5% girl's quota shall be filled through draw of lots out of all the registered girl applicants residing within 6 k.m. radius. The remaining applicants shall be considered for admission as per the parameters/criteria and points for open seats."
i.e. draw for girl quota should be done first and then point system should be applied to rest of the candidates.
but they selected 5% girls from 70 pointer applicants only.
thus again doing unjustice with 70 point boy candidates.
they have applied the point system first and then done the draw of 5% girls its opposite of what guide line says

There will be redraw for every category except EWS....

Sunny as u had put Order of L.G./DOE says: residing within 6 k.m. radius. So its means that 70 pointers can only come in that criteria. If am wrong anybody can correct.

6 km was changed to 8 km later on,
now "all the registered girl applicants residing within 8 k.m. radius" means every general girl applicant irrespective of point (90, 75, 70 etc) and not ONLY the 70 pointers. (90 point girl applicant is also living in 8 km thats why she got 90 points (70 +20 and thus should be included in this draw))" infact guideline implies you can't even apply point system before this draw it should be applied after the girls draw.
all girl candidate should also support this, since applying this guideline in wrong manner might increase there chances (little gain) but this makes the draw open to being challenged in court anytime and will led to the pain of redraw for all parents and selected ones will be the most disappointed.
its every ones duty that draw happens only according to the process otherwise we all will suffer as i n this case now and this draw and redraw will go on for ever
