Hi Sakshi,

How to stop fraud then(similar to transfer) as all child will become first born...How schools can verify?

Great effort. Either 5 point should be given to first child or scrap the Alumni  5 points. Then only it will a level playground. Sibling point can be justified on the ground facts. Many in this forum are opposed to sibling point though..

People asking for no point to first child why not think that they get sibling point for their kid and that is whooping 20 points..?

Wishing Mr. Vohra and all the first kid's parents a sweet luck.

Agree with u vipin..coz most of the schools didn't even ask in their forms that the child is first born baby or not... So demanding points for first baby is like starting the whole admission process from zero... Plus this will lead to the same clash chaos at 75 points again along with the alumni..
That means whole thing back to zero n a bigger one this time

Not agreed! By now every school has digitized the applications and adding extra point is not like starting new process.

- Ask the parents to submit submit photocopy of the form receipt and first child affidavit

- Sure all the data are in excel sheets.. just rectify it a little and see the magic of excel. One need to type the registration numbers valid for first child at one place and feed it to excel. New list will be ready.:)

hope ppl who have secured admission only based on distance and alumni don't have to face a draw again

5 points should be given for first child otherwise Points for Sibling/Alumni should be discarded. Why Points are given against Alumni and Sibling??? Anyway its Govt policy but we think It should be abolished. Equal opportunity should be given to all children. Since Raja ka beta Raja concept nahi chalna chayia. One more thing since God has not made any difference among children then who are we? Points for other factors should be discarded. Through this plateform, I request all of you to take up the matter to the Competent Authority before issuing of new guideliness.
Is it applicable for kg admissions as well
Hope so.

Thank you everyone who was involved in sorting out this issue.

Congrats! everyone for justified chance to our juniors as now equal neighborhood opportunity for every child. Also, thankyou so much for all the parents endeavor who reached the courts to achieve this effective resolution for ultimately caring everyone's child future from their point of view. Best of luck to each parents and every child for redraw an equal opportunity

Thanks to Mr. Vohra for voicing out points for first child. Boys are not getting any chances without those points.

I hope something positive will come out points should be of first born girl or boy also. siblings 20points and first born no points.it's totally unfair. why siblings 20points then. those who have one child have done some sin or what? this points were totally injustice.
