What about Schools which had draw amongst 75 points

Notification is silent on schools where some 75 pointers have been selected & others with 75 points are waitlisted .Will they also have redraw for waitlisted candidates or will they get confirmed on the basis of waitlist. DPS Mathura Road had a draw for 68 seats at 75 points whereby there were 31 wait listed candidates & I believe there was one selected with 80 points ( which will now become 75) so will they have a redraw just for waitlisted candidates at 75 points???

Ideally all those selected/waitlisted for 75 points with 5pts for transfer are invalid. All the the vacant confirmed/waitlisted seat would be open for fresh new draws. Nothing can be said about what exact process  every school will follow as their management may be annoyed with the current guideline and would prefer for shortest route to wrap-up the nursery hullabaloo.  

I am confused as after looking for draw results had consulted few mediocre schools for admission and they are asking for document verification. Now first list are expected by 15th march but can come earlier as well but who can assume himself granted for a luck?
