Moving to HC

redraw should be completely not partially.

Yes, Redraw should be done for all seats not for few leftover.

mukesh, I am in complete agreement... the revised guideline is just unfair for genuine transfer case.. let us connect and guide for way forward

pl connect and fight against it.question is not of transfer case.it is about fair chance to everybody.now who so ever will be excluded will not get admission any where...

Why transfer point should be given? can you or your lawyer explain ? Is the explanation make sense. Pls. think through...

Agreed, but we have applied against the guidelines issues by DoE, nobody went to them begging for transfer points. After so much scrutiny and verification we were able to secure a seat. And now just a day before this seat is being taken away and not given any fair opportunity again is wrong.
Everybody is under the impression that securing a seat with transfer points was just a cake walk. They also had to go through the draw and multiple scrutiny rounds. Why should we be at loss.

Dear even if it is genuine case, why transfer point should be given. DOE was at fault and fault is getting corrected. Court will not listen to these logics, looking at the broader implication.
