Apparently, the alumni community and the sibling community have also formed a group for Court since that is set to be the next attack.
The court battles continue. People don't realise big problem is lack of staggered distance. Alumni and sibling have existed for years but the advantage used to be nullified because of staggered distance, which is not happening in these guidelines

HC was hearing a fresh petition filed by a section of parents challenging the points allotted for alumni and siblings.
Justice Manmohan however, issued notice to the government on the plea and sought a response by July 25. As per the guidelines issued by the LG on Dec 18, 2013, five points are allotted to a child whose parents were alumni of the school where she is applying and 20 points allotted if she has a sibling studying in the same school.
