Birth certificate out of Delhi

Hi 

My son having birth certificate of UP so can we apply in delhi's school for nursery next year.

Birth Certificate issued from any town panchayat, municipality or corporation is valid all over India. However take steps to register the name of the child in the Birth Certificate. So you can apply in Delhi school with the BC of UP.
