Can any action be taken against these PILers?? (Who are piling their frustration on other parents)
Dear All,
I have been reading this forum for over a month now and strange the way very few parents have made a mess of this system.. Just take an example of Mr. Sudhanshu Jain who was hated by almost everyone in the AN Thread and to an extent where Ms. Sakshi had to moderate his comment and close the thread.. These sort of guys have been offending everyone and another example can be seen in the FB group where he is still trying to instigate parents. Here is the Link to Sudhanshu Jain's comments on FB. You can go through this man's intention and how he has been mobilising few parents and creating this mess.
I had to get very personal to let everyone know what this guy is upto.. There may be 2-3 more parents like him and I just wish there are some strong actions taken against these sort of people...
I feel that all the PILers should be made public so that at the end everyone knows what is the count of people who have played with the system... At the end we ight be surprised to find out if they are even 10.
AN has been doing a tremendous job and the way Ms. Sakshi took a stand to prevent any further mess by moderating Mr. Jains thread was commendable..

MANY ARE GENUINE PARENTS ALSO IN THE GROUP AS THEY ARE NOT AWARE WHY FEW PEOPLE WITH VESTED INTEREST ARE USING THEM .

Mam,
Big question is what are his intentions.. If you go through the posts by him on FB, you will realise how he has been trying to make the mockery of the system.. I really wish if someone is watching this.. Make sense for court to ask for background of these PILers and then evaluate.. If I am not an alumni/sibling I simply cant go and file PILs. For me its equivalent to fraud and exploiting the system. An FB run through will show a lot..

I agree. And this Sudhanshu Jain is spreading a lot of crap on FB. Would like to thank Sakshi for blocking his comments. Would also request both Mr Sumit Vohra and Sakshi to be extra careful when it comes to this guys comments. Truly angry and frustrated by the hate and antagonism that he is spreading. I want to see a final decision from Hon HC on Wednesday and no new PILS! Sudhanshu Jain -BACK OFF!!

It Would really help us if you can explain how we have been taken for ride??
Also , please clarify if you have already got a seat , if yes under which category . Example : Sibling , Alumni etc.

Why should he do that. And you think that you are the intelligent one here who has everything to explain. The 70 point draw could not get any air time yesterday because bulk of the time was spent in defending the sibling PIL. That is the fact and that led to an extended stay till wed. So no on needs to offer you clarifications.
