Sakshi, this point is valid on behalf of schools. You know during vacations, any staff called for duty has to be paid more than what he/she is getting @ rate of per day. Schools like DPS, Modern. VV, Tagore, BVN, Sanskriti, St. Thomas, Queens Mery, KRM, Blue Bells etc. etc. are paying good amount of salary. The process will take atleast 3-4 days involving atleat 10-15 staff members. Now just calculate how much extra payment has to be made by the schools. It comes in lakh. Who will bear this and who is responsible for all this? Anyway, this is what is called sacrifice to serve the mankind.

That is why I was favoring school lobby a little. You know it is of utmost importance to invite stake holders before finalizing anything when the agenda is concerning public. Mr. Ashok Agrawal did not do much for both the communities - parent and the schools. So much confusion and delay and mental tension was created by many n many. Even I myself take some responsibility for the same due to my comments which might have lead to lost of peace of someone. All this is because of non-participation of stakeholders. Anyway, many many thanks for your efforts and  Mr. Vohra's because you responded as it was expected time n again. May God Bless you all and everyone including PIL filers because they also contributed something vital.

Sir u support the exploitation of schools.... hats of to you.... dont you think teachers deserve good salary.... and every body knows how much they pay to teachers and on what ouNt they have to sign on.....

Your concern is true regarding extra funding needed by schools in such situation. But they should bear as this is in interest for their future. More delay in admission may exempt parents (if directed by hc) from making payment of a unjustified month. It will be good if hc /doe clearly states regarding the April fees in their upcoming order. I know parents are exhausted and will not rake up another issue.

Dont know what to say now...everyday a new news. A new start but no matter the session is late its a releif that finally it will all come to an end and what if schools have to pay extra, their fees are also so high so its ok,

Minority schools eg st.michael hv started their sessions n last date of fee submission for 1st quarter is 10th april.will they refund the fee if child gets better school??

Better ask them before giving  the fees,as they might misuse the autonomy.

But fee refund policy is applicable on them.

Oh!!! Things are already settled between greedy school magt and money rich parents.... what ever guidelines govt will comeup... seats are sold .....and nothing can stop them......this is the reality accept it or not

I m totally agree with you. They have already taken the advance amount for confirmed admission in Nursery class.

Thanx ajay bro.... i had heard that bal bharti public school dwarka has done its orientation program on sunday....(some parent who r known to me and went there for result and collection of books for new session)

Hi Mahesh,

I have the same information from one of my well known. One of reputed school in Rohini, has confirmed admission to his son in Nursery without submitting an admission form and school has taken a handsome amount on this behalf. However, school also advised the books, dress and other things shall be given before new session start (means after court decision). Now, It seems, I become fool, submitting forms in schools, taking so much stress.

Yes ajay sir..... schools have no fear of system and they think that they can do any thing....and nobody can ask them anything. Here in dwarka schools r doing what they want they dont care aNy thing......

60% seats of total seats are filled by selected kids who secured 70 points on neighbourhood basis. As these kids are already selected then decision should take for fraudulent IST case who lead to lose of peace of other persons. Mainly more demand and less supply problem in top schools in the city where everybody wants their kid to be selected. So need to find the solution for kids selected already and balance in demand & supply
