what if an applicant already selected in a particular school but not taking admission there and waiting for April 16 guidelines. My question is if an applicant not occupying that particular selected seat, would she be eligible for April 16 guidelines or her seat would be wasted and she would not be eligible anywhere?

if an applicant is not occupying a selected seat ina particular school where she has been selected, so whether she would be eligible for April 16 guidelines or she would not be eligible anywhere and her selected seat also got wasted? Plz reply as mi daughter has been selected ina particular school but it is not of our choice so we r deciding to wait for April 16 guidelines. Are we correct in doing so?

same case with me i have also applied 20 school but mostly filled up all seats with siblings & alumni and no seat is available for70 pointers then what equality of right i am surprise approx 15 school not consider of 70 point i think i have to move supreme court plz advice

Guys.... I have written mail to DOE and shown some of the schools data shared by Doe which was absolutely false and full of errors under the name of 70 pointers. Our seats which were actually vacant but because of no draws held are going to others under the name of 70 pointers by schools and at last these schools will show to DOE no seats left for any second list

So far my daughter did not get in any list of any school. I had applied in 09 schools but I never thought that she will not get enrolled in even a single school. My question to the DOE is where will the parents go for admission now. what to do.

Absolute Crap!!! Why so much of hoopla around the PILs ..DOE intervening the admission etc etc.., net result is zero. still there is no respite for 70 pointers. 70 points look like a cardinal sin. Why the heck the HC, DOE took so long when things are back to square one. Let us see whats in store for us after 16th april order.
