i don't know about the functioning of supreme court, but if they have given the date of 28th april, they must be having cases of even larger caliber than this (I hope so), otherwise keeping this case pending for others is totally unjustified on the courts part, when the future of so many kids and mental peace of so many parents is at stake!!!
