Dear Moderators/Forum Members,

         Thank you for providing much needed information about the nursery school admissions process to ordinary citizens such as me. Some of the information provided on this website helped facilitate my child's admission for the April 2015 session. 

         As part of the admission process, we secured admission for my child in Amity Noida and eventually decided to accept admission in another school. I accept that this uncertainty does cause problems for schools/educators, and I am willing to pay the penalty prescribed by legal authorities (and any other reasonable expense that the school shares the details of with us). 

       Is there a refund policy for Noida schools that can be used as a guideline to request Amity Noida for the refund amount that is due to me? I have found a document on this forum (thanks again for posting this) related to the DoE (Delhi) directions for a refund policy applicable on all schools in Delhi. I can use this as a reference to discuss the matter with school officials, but I would like to know if there is a refund policy laid out by the government for Noida schools.
