got two registration number

Dear all,

One information was incorrectly filled by me in Blue bells registration form and it got downloaded as print, then i filled the form again in a corrected manner and I got a different registration no. and i am thinking to submit the correct form. Now I just scared about the cancellation of the form. What to do next please suggest.

 else they might cancel both
