Registration form

Registration forms for children born between 1^st October, 2012 and 30^th September, 2013 can be filled in Online ONLY for academic session 2017-2018.
Please read this page completely and understand it before clicking the button at the bottom of the page which will take you to the registration form.
Complete registration form needs to be submitted latest by 1600 hours on Wednesday,7^th September, 2016.
Total number of seats available is 180. (Open seats - 144 and Management seats – 36)
The Shri Ram School Aravali offers the ISC/ICSE curriculum.

Instructions for filling the Registration Form

	Important:
	The online registration form will be available from Monday, 29^th August, 2016 to Wednesday, 7^th September, 2016. The last date for receiving all forms by 1600 hours on Wednesday, 7^th September, 2016.
	The admission process has been designed to provide equal opportunity to all and to maintain transparency in the admission process. The criteria for admission is as follows:

	Alumni of The Shri Ram Schools (Vasant Vihar - Moulsari - Phase III and Phase IV- Aravali)	An individual applying under Alumni category has to fulfill either of the following: 1. Has studied at The Shri Ram School for a minimum of 5 consecutive years and has been an active participating alumni 2. Has passed the ICSE/ISC/IB/NIOS or any other recognized board from The Shri Ram Schools or has been an active participating alumni
3	Single Parent / Adopted Child / Special Needs	• Single Parent - Unmarried / Divorced /Widow / Widower • Adopted Child • Child with special needs who can be mainstreamed under Inclusive Education	05	05

NOTE:
The list of applicants will be displayed on:
A.	Thursday, 6^th October, 2016 at 1800 hours.
B.	There will be no screening, written test, interview or profiling of child/parents.
C.	If applications are more than the number of seats available in each category, admission shall be done only by draw of lots/lottery.
D.	Closure of admission process will be on Friday, 31^st March, 2017.

Guidelines for filling Online Forms:

This is an electronic registration form for Pravesh Vatika. Please read the instructions carefully before filling in the form to avoid the rejection of your form.
Each form will be issued a unique Registration Number after the acceptance of the form. Kindly take a print out of the Receipt Page. This serves as a record to know the status of your application and for any further correspondence.
The registration form will refresh while it retrieves dynamic data from our database.
Do not press the ENTER KEY to move from one field to another. Use the TAB KEY or the mouse control for the same.
After completing the application form kindly click on the SUBMIT FORM button.
To avoid rejection, DO NOT fill more than one form for one applicant.
First letter of the name should be capital letter and rest in small letters.
All fields are mandatory. Incomplete forms will not be accepted by the system.
Please enter your email id correctly as you will receive further communication on the address entered.
When user select values in some List box & radio buttons, the registration form will refresh for retrieving the data from the database. Till refreshing is completed, the user should not enter or select any data in the registration form as it may lead to loss of entered /selected data.
Kindly note that when you have slow internet connection, the registration process will take time.
The areas/localities/colonies within range for criteria of selection are built in to the system. If you do not find your locality, you may choose the 'Others' category. You will then be able to enter details and the distance from the school campus.

Final admission is subject to the verification of the following documents [in original]: Photocopy of the documents to be carried along with originals at the time of fee submission.

Birth Certificate issued by the Municipal Corporation
Proof of residential address [Passport/ Lease Deed/ Electricity Bill/ MTNL Telephone Bill/ Electoral Card]
Note: School will also verify the residential address through home visits.
In case of sibling applicants: the identity card/admission no of sibling studying in The Shri Ram School whether at the Junior School i.e. Vasant Vihar, the Senior School i.e. Moulsari Phase III or at The Shri Ram School, Aravali
In case of staff children, staff ID card to be furnished.
In case of ward of Alumni of The Shri Ram School : Migration Certificate of the alumni parent.
In case of single parent: divorce decree/ death certificate of spouse
In case of adopted child: adoption deed
For proof of first born child: affidavit affirming that the child seeking admission is the first born child.
