Hi Sakshi,

I have couple of related additional queries?
1) Can first born child and girl child affidavit be combined as 1 affidavit?
2) Do we need to make separate affidavits for each school having that criteria? Or coloured photocopies can be used?

1.Both can be combined.

2. A common affidavit will do. If any schools u apply ask to mention it's school name in affidavit then go for it. Actually affidavit should be original. Enquire with schools if they accept photocopies.

Hi Lathaa,

In affidavit format on this site, it is specially written below lines:

1. That I have applied to………………., New Delhi for admission of my

daughter named _______________________________ in Pre-School/ Nursery

Can we replace this with some lines where we don't have to specify any school name or should we remove this line altogether ??
