Parul,
I was really looking for someone to say that Khaitan is the first choice.
Even myself after visiting so many so called best traditional schools, my first choice became khaitan. It looks so impressive.
But I am getting confused with parents ranking of schools:(
same here... my child was selected in apeejay, vbps and khaitan and i went with khaitan but now i am confused if it was right or i should have gone with apeejay
I also chose Khaitan over Somerville, Vishwa Bharti, Bal Bharti as I found it very impressive.
Hi Shruti,
As per my discussions with parents of Apeejay, even they suggested not to go for Appejay.
And i see Khaitan parents are happy.
That may be a personal choice, but if we new parents are confused between two schools so i think we can consider it to remove the confusion .
yes... but i think its also about grass is greener on the other side. One khaitan parent told me to go for apeejay while one apeejay parent told me to go for khaitan and i i al met parents from both schools who were happy. As a first time parent I am not sure how people decide....
Yes somebody rightly told me..Once a student take admission in a school its good to believe that this is the best school for your child and not to find negatives unnecessary. All schools have their own pros and cons.
Because in the end its difficult to generalize and depends on how the personal experience turns out to be. Can be good for one and bad for another within same school.
We have deposited fee for Khaitan though still thinking of applying to some school on expressway. We explored a lot about TKS and in all aspects (Impression of School management, security, feedback from parents etc.) we found TKS absolutely acceptable. We have distance issue from E-Way, that is why we are still thinking to go for some e-way school, but so far no other school we liked as much. We have received feedback from many parents (friends + unknowns at the school gate + parents of second child admission cases during interactions) so all in all, we had a very positive experience with TKS. If it was not for distance, we would not have looked beyond TKS.
Yes, we also did a lot of research and found TKS better among traditional schools.
everybody has their own consideration sets, so choices may differ.
My child got selected in Somerville and TKS both, but we have deposited fees in TKS. So admission mission is over for us:)
Great! Congratulations Meeta. If it wasn't for the distance, I would have not looked any further than TKS :) as it meets our consideration set as you said :)
HI,
Actually no issue as such, infact the interviewers were too friendly but some observations
1. Whatever infrastructure i saw did not justify the high fee they charge
2. Teachers were asking to take pic and tag in FB :-|
3. I saw one play are which was not so maintained.
4. Not much reviews i have about that school,
5. if i am paying that much fee, i would like to do that for shiv Nadar school
So i thought to remove it from my option list, as it only leads to more confusion
