NURSERY ADMISSION 2020-21

• Application forms will be available online only from 08.08.19, (09:00am) to 10.08.19 (09:00am).
• Forms will be available only on first come first serve basis. Only the first 1000 applications will be accepted. The admission link will turn inactive soon after 1000 applicants are registered.

3. Photocopy of the Birth Certificate from the Municipal Corporation or Registrar of Deaths & Births / Local Body (mandatory).
4. Photocopy of Residence Proof (latest electricity Bill, Aadhaar Card, Telephone Bill (BSNL), Passport or Rent Agreement, Voter I

*NOTE: The hard copy(PDF) of the form submitted online is to be submitted at the school along with the documents only on 08 .08.19 , 09.08.19( between 09:00am to 02:30pm) & on 10 .08.19 between (09:00am to 12:00pm). The Last Date for submitting the hard copy of the form is 10 .08.19, Saturday. No forms will be accepted after the last date /time mentioned.

AGE CRITERIA FOR ELIGIBILITY

Only Children Born between 1st January 2016 to 31st December 2016 are eligible (both days inclusive) to be called for admission.

YOU MUST HAVE THE FOLLOWING WITH YOU AT THE TIME OF REGISTERING ONLINE:

• The system will automatically generate your Username/Password when you complete and upload your registration form adequately and the same will be sent to you through an SMS on your registered mobile no.

• Before you register online please read all instructions carefully and click on the Proceed Link given

STEPS TO FILL THE FORM STEP 1

Read the instructions carefully and click on the I AGREE button then click on PROCEED. STEP 2

Fill in the form carefully and then click on SUBMIT; after submitting your form take a printout of the form and Acknowledgement Receipt. Please ensure you allow the pop up blocker and also note that form once filled cannot be edited.

STEP 3

You will also receive the USER ID & PASSWORD through an SMS on your registered mobile no. (Print of the Form and Acknowledge Receipt can also be taken after LOG IN using your USER ID and PASSWORD).

STEP 4

Status of candidates shortlisted for final interaction can be checked by using the same USER ID and PASSWORD generated at the time of submission.

STEP 5

After submitting the form, please take the printout of the form in the PDF format. The printed form is then to be deposited at the school only on 08.08.19, 09.08.19 (between 09:00am to 02:30pm) & 10.08.19 (between 09:00am to 12:00pm).

DOCUMENTS THAT MUST BE UPLOADED AS PART OF THE APPLICATION FORM

1. A recent passport size Photograph of the child in jpg or jpeg format size of the photo should not be more than 20KB.

 

IMPORTANT INFORMATION REGARDING ADMISSION

 

1. The Management of the school reserves all rights of admission or rejection and is not bound to give reasons for admission or rejection of any particular candidate. (The selection procedure is designed by a Committee and the selection of the candidate is done by the Management. Due to limited number of seats available all applicants will not be ).

 

2. THE SCHOOL DOES NOT ACCEPT ANY DONATION FOR ADMISSIONS. PARENTS SHOULD BEWARE OF THIRD PARTIES MAKING FALSE CLAIMS OF PROCURING ADMISSION AND COLLECTING MONEY ON BEHALF OF THE SCHOOL. IF THEY ENTER INTO ANY TRANSACTION WITH SUCH PARTIES, THEY WILL BE DOING SO AT THEIR OWN RISK AND THE SCHOOL SHALL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR IT. THE SCHOOL WILL APPRECIATE TO KNOW IF THERE IS ANY SUCH PERSON OR PERSONS SO THAT PROPER LEGAL ACTION CAN BE TAKEN AGAINST

 

3. Fill in the particulars of the child (i.e. name, parents’ names, and date of birth) correctly. The date of birth filled in the form must tally with the one recorded in the Date of Birth certificate issued from the Municipal Corporation or Registrar of Deaths & Births / Local Body. No change whatsoever will be made after the

6. If your registration form is successfully uploaded the computerized system will generate an Acknowledgement Receipt with a registration number which you must use in all further correspondence. The Acknowledgement Receipt will also generate an USER ID and a PASSWORD. (Please make sure Pop - up Blocker is Turned Off, to get the Acknowledgement Receipt).

 

7. Status of candidates shortlisted for final interaction can be checked by using the same USER ID and PASSWORD generated at the time of submission on 21.08.19, Wednesday at 12:00pm. This list will only display those selected for the interaction with the school Principal, and the second level of the admission

 

8. The candidates whose names do not appear in this short list, will regretfully not be part of the next level of the admission process and their parents would be advised to look for admission

 

9. The shortlisted candidates are requested to deposit a non-refundable amount of Rs. 500 only by cash at the time of Parent Interaction. This covers all expenditure of the advertising, admission

RULES AND REGULATION FOR ADMISSION
