In the first round all parents will be given a form to fill along with the Prospectus (You need to pay RS 500)

It will have questionnaire too

Questions were like - 

Your views on Inclusive education?

Why do you think a father should spend time with the child?

What values you want your child to learn?

How much time mother spend with the child?

Who take care of the child after school?

Why Khaitan School?

a few more basic questions..

In second round, While parents will be busy in filling up the forms, children are taken in a separate room where they will be asked some questions (I don't know what did they ask as my son did not told me anything)

In third round, Some 20 parents along with their wards are taken in a hall where few teacher and the Principal will share details about the school and you will be required to give brief introduction about yourself. After the end of this session, you are free to go.

My wife was there with my kid for 2nd round. Kids will be asked to name the colour. They will be asked to pick toys of different size, In my kids case
1. what is the colour of carrot (don't worry they'll show a carrot). 2. Go pick up the big lion from toy rack.

Did they tell you anything about the results?
When will they declare the results?
My daughter's interaction is scheduled for tomorrow.
