I also got the error twice while filling up the form... kindly check your internet connection... nw I have successfully filled up the form.

Dear Himani,

I doubt you have taken more than 10 minutes and if so, error will be shown. therefore, plz do it fast if not filled yet. still failure, then speak to me at 9810412428

I believe that  you are filling the form in small / mixed letters.

You need to make sure to fill the form in capital (block) letters, I believe that should resolve your issue.

Hi Ankhi/Komal, is there any option to leave the form filing in between, then come back and complete it later. I mean save and submit later option. thanks

No Sumit, there is no save option, you will have to fill up the form in one go and then submit.
