Nursery Admissions in Delhi NCR 2025-26

Jyoti I doubt this neighbourhood policy as I have seen their school buses near my place as well. .
They should have informed beforehand about this as well how much distance they're accepting. LOL

I personally feel that distance is only one of the criteria during admission for any school but surely it's not the "ONLY" criteria for admission.

There are other factors also apart form distance like parents qualification, financial backgrond (since schools are more concerned about getting fees), siblings etc.

I don't think distance is a criteria for selection in LVIS.we stay 6 km away from the school still got admission in nursery.

HI..just to give a prespective..The SH chairman said that some 60 seats get filled from their Pre nursery and then siblings are given preferance so another 60 go there and the rest is what is available to people like you and me..

I agree Anil, I will be the first to agree that the system of admission for SH leaves a lot to be desired..I was just explaing the logic on the 30 seats being avilable basis what we had heard from the SH chairman..hope that makes sense

The interaction with the parents is done by the Chairman and the Principal of Scottish High....

I had a word LVIS people they have very clearly told us over the phone it is totally neighborhood basis. I think it was total gimmick of even putting outside school there bus route numbers for different regions

That is true they made fool out of people. but i'm sure they will not be able to that next year. parents will definitely come to know. Also they just have only 44 seats. So looks difficult for another list

I disagree, people have short memory.

They will manage another award and then again they will be "sought after".
