Dear Sakshi and Fellow parents

For FAS registraion I dont have any of these proof of IDs

(a) Passport
(b) Rent agreement
(c) Voter I Card
(d) Telephone Bill

Please advice if I can use registry papers or gas bill ??

Ruchi,Your Registered sale deed (where you are staying with affidavit should work)but better crosschk with school

I suppose it should not be restricted for these documents ,any govt. authorize address proof should work.i will submit aadhar card.
Schools are not updating themselves.

I checked with School and they said they can take bank statement for address proof

Namerta, plz fill DOB in DD/MM/YYYY format only or use the calender...bcoz it gave no issues to me...DONT use DD/MM/YY format

Hi Namerta

i was facing the same problem, i removed cookies, DOB entry was perfect dd/mm/yyyy but then also it failed showing same error "please enter date". Then i changed the PC and succeeded in submitting it. If possible for you then change the PC and try at some other place, that worked for me.
