well i dont get any error message but later on it send credentials on my mobile

Father Agnel Noida :

We have submitted the online form using chrome. After clicking on submit button, the screen was kind of stuck on the original form, however I did get the sms mentioning application number, username and password. 

Using those details , I logged in again to print the form and acknowledgement slip.

We have submitted the form at FAS gate, they need print out of form along with copy of  address proof, birth certificate, acknowledgement slip and passport size photo of child, mother and father. 

There are no charges at this moment. First List will be out on 21st sep for interaction and at that time they will need Rs 500 along with other formalities.

Ritu, what is the address proof that you have submitted? i saw below instruction on the site, it says only following are accepted as address proof. What to do if you have something else as a address proof like Elect. Bill, PNG bill etc.

You are required to submit any one of the following documents as proof of the residence
(a) Passport
(b) Rent agreement
(c) Voter I Card
(d) Telephone Bill

At FAS school gate the guards are suggesting that electricity bills & gas bills can be submitted but better to check with school staff.

Arun, you need to submit form + Photocopy of Kid's DOB cert. + Address proof + Photo (1 each of kid +mother+father).

Hi Ritu, Can anobody submit the hardcopy at the gate or only parents need to submit ?

You are right Himani...I think we dont have to submit hard copy in DPS.
