In Blue Bells they have Nursery->LKG->UKG. For Nursery they have criteria on 2.9 yes on April 14.
My daughter is not going to any pre-school because she is just 2.3 as of now. So i was planning to get admission in pre-nursery in any school, so i thought to choose the school which has the pre-nursery also. But i was not eligible for DAV pre-nursery because of the locality criteria so i applied for DPS and Blue Bells but she was not through with DPS but got selected in Blue Bells. As there are not much reviews available so i was confused that should i take the admission now or wait for next year to take directly in nursery and let my child go to some pre-school nearby my area.
@Raj,
First of all I personally feel that its not necessary for a child to go to Preschool as it use to happen in earlier days too but since nowadays there is so much of competition & even children are too smart that this has become more or less a practice to send to Preschool. Moreover it helps the children to get the hang of higher schools as in case all of a sudden you send ot some big school they may not feel adjusted.
Yes, you are right in BB age criteria starts from 2.9, 3.9,4.9 etc. & thats the reason by this criteria we experience a setback of 1 year in few cases. But in your case since your child has not even started to go to Preschool then its better she attend the same or join BB where they have LKG & UKG both because ideally your kid should do Pre nursery next year & in 2015-16 session should go for Nursery since by that time she will have attained 3.6 age which is minimum age set for Nursery by most of the schools.
So accordingly you may look for the options.
Yes, she get through the LVIS, but i didnt reserved the seat in LVIS because probably next year i'll move to sector which is far from where LVIS will be around 14 kms, and i applied LVIS as a last option assuming they will take 1-2 weeks to process but they declared too early within 2 days, so didnt went for it as i dont have money to gamble (Tight on budget).
I think Blue Bells charges per year admission fees,as one of my known persons told me,Academic wise it is good,lots of extra curriculum activities also.
We are also in same boat.very much confused go for Prenursery or wait for next year for nursery as my kid is 3/8/2011 born.
@Mohik I dont think that Blue Bells charge Admission fees every year because they didnt communicated this, although they told that they will charge development fees every year.
Raj@ their deveopment fees is approx 50-60 k as I have heard from other parents.
Their breakup is something around:-
Admission fees = 54000
Annual fees = 26000
security = 15000
Raj I don't know exactly but some of my known persons were telling me this thing
Is it... Can you please confirm from the person, this will help us know about the hidden traits of this school. Thanks
