Registration for Nursery admissions in Shri Ram will be done between 7th Oct to 17th Oct,13.

Hi Sakshi/ Parents,

What is the criteria for selection in Shri Ram School? Are the junior wing and senior wing located separately for Shriram?

Usually in how many days do they declare their results?

Mani,See Shriram website for last year point system ..

Forms are open for 10 day than atleast 10-15 days more (just for idea)

GDG SEC 48 CBSE based school

Well said by Sakshi Mam. GD Goenka world (GDGWS) is an authorised school for the International Baccalaureate Primary Years Programme (Grades Nursery to 5) www.ibo.org/pyp/
GDGWS Middle School Curriculum (Grades 6-8)
University of Cambridge International General Certificate of Secondary Education (IGCSE) (Grades 9 & 10) www.cie.org.uk
IB Diploma Programme (Grades 11 & 12) www.ibo.org

and GDG sec-48 offers CBSE curriculum alone.

There are schools taking admissions for nursery at 3 yrs (G.D. Goenka) while other schools like Sri Ram or DPS allows nursery admissions at 4 yrs. So if a child takes admission in nursery in schools like G.D. Goenka, will Sri Ram/ DPS allow admission to KG next year in case of migration or the child has to repeat nursery again?

Hi,

I don't think schools like DPS / Shri Ram will let child enter into classes wherein the child has not attained the age as per their own rule.

I am saying so because kids who are right now already going to Pre-Nursery in one of the Preschool was not allowed to get admission in Nursery for next session in DPS just because the age was not 4+ which is the age criteria set by DPS for Nursery. So i believe age criteria of other schools hardly matter to the schools & thus this may be similar in case of Shri Ram also. As a result child may have to repeat the same class again.

Moreover, had this option acceptable to schools like DPS / Shri Ram then most of the parents would have got their child admitted to some small school/preschool & then again tried for DPS/Shri Ram in next session.

However if you want you may also check with school authorities / other parents for further confirmation.
