Nursery Admissions in Delhi NCR 2025-26

Today i went for nursery admission in amiown for my son...but came without doing admission..as the school timings were 9 am to 1.30 pm , which i think is too much for such small kids plus 30 mins addition to commute ,so, for him it will be from 8.30 to 2 pm :(

Can anyone tell me what are usually the nursery timings in other schools .

i hope i made a correct decision.

Yesterday I saw ad of st xavier school which is coming in gurgaon. . Is it the same st xavier chain if schools? ?
I would appreciate if anyone can put light

Not sure, if this is of the same group who are authorised for St.Xaviers college in Delhi etc. as no where its mentioned even in the school's website.

Moreover if you observe the logo of the various branches of school, it is also different for Gurgaon,Ranchi, Kolkata branches etc. which is bit surprising as standard schools never change their logo.

For further information you may directly speak to school or check with other parents too.

Hi Piyush,

I have chosen DAV,Sec14 for my son. Actually we got a call for DAV, Salwan & Amiown. But DAV was the first to call so just went ahead with it & got the admission.

Infact I had planned to fianlise any of the two i.e. DAV or Salwan as for me both of them are good schools.

@VR Harihar Amiown process not starts for Prenursery,I have written them a mail,waiting for reply,they are saying that Prenursery Admission will start after Dec .Salwan I am not interested so much becaz of Academics.Salwan peolpe have declared second list on saturday,but our name not there.My kid is 3/8/2011 born,so she will be eligible for prenursery in Amiown.

@Mohik,

As per the age you have referred Pre-nursery is the only one you should be looking for which actually starts from 2.6 yrs onwards.

Just keep in touch with good schools as you never know it all depends on luck. However till end if you don't get anything then you can try to send your child to Playschool.
