Rashmi,I personally feel GIIS or IVPS
see all the factors fees/distance
But GIIS has 21 schools in 7 countries with positive feedback (except small play ground) and has great future.
Hey bhanu, If I understand correctly you mean to say one of your friend is leaving amity sector 6 for another school....can you provide me the reason as in what prompted him to do so...why was he unhappy with amity sec 6? Would really appreciate.Thanks.
Thanks Bhanu !! Really surprising!!!
@Bhanu prasad, I have also received positive feedback about the school. Also its admission charges are quite low so in a confusion whether to go for it or not
Hi All,
My son also got selected in APJ and FAS and we also had the similar confusion which to opt. We did ask lot of parents having their kids studying in both the schools and below are the observations:
APJ and FAS are both good >> One is conventional and other one is convent.
APJ brand name is good and FAS is good in terms of its discipline, better & creative structured based curriculum. You would also find SMART Boards etc in FAS and children studying there have good hold on vocabulary(as it is Convent).
10th, 12th Results of both the schools are equally good and very much available on their websites >> lot of transparency.
APJ infrastructure is big as compared to FAS and comparatively slightly more in terms of extra curricular activities.
Strength per class: APJ= 60 in 1 section (3 teachers in 2 section); FAS = Max 40 in one section (1 teacher) >> which is almost same, if you consider ST ratio
Fees of both the schools cant be compared at all, being FAS a Convent.
So for us, both the schools are good and appreciated by current parents of these schools, so we decided to go by distance (as we stay in Indirapuram), which is very important during the initial 4-5 years in schooling.
I would suggest all the parents, to primarily focus on Distance, while selecting schools, becuase it doesnt hamper child efficiency. Hope it helps.
Hey neha...good decision.
I am also confused between amity sec 6 and FAS and as of now more tilted towards FAS. I am planning to pay the fees there tomorrow and withdraw from amity sec 6. What would you suggest?
Hi Sakshi,
