Nursery Admissions in Delhi NCR 2026-27

Parallely new building is also under construction in DAV,Sec49 which they say will have capacity upto 12th standard i.e Every year they will get 1 class added.

Well to be frank, GDG is also recently started school which got started in March,13 & presently they have got around 430 children in various classes which is a good number for any school which has just started but that may also because of the group name & reputation. The facilities of GDG are surely much better / comfortable as compared to DAV.

Both schools are with CBSE syllabus.

Thanks Harihar. I am really confused while taking final call. Shall i go for GDG as people have very mixed opinion about it.

Knowing DAV-49 is a new branch will it be good for us to opt DAV-49.

Please suggest.

Frankly speaking DAV,Sec49 is also having number of children.

Just think of following queries which may help you in finalising the school :

a) Is schools a reputed one

b) Are academics good in the school

c) Is your kid going to get all facilities in schools like Academics, Sports, Other curricular activities etc. In order to personally access the facilities, have you been to school

d) Will getting child in GDG may have emotional impact which may change the values you might be teaching at home.

e) If teaching staff experienced one in the school.

f) What kind of fee structure school is having

g) How far is the school from home as getting child unrest may affect his abilities & focus.

I think once, you go through the answers for above queries you may get the final call.

Sumit,while choosing schools budget also matters a lot.As I am having three kids I will go for those schools where I can manage for three kids like (DAV,Salwan,DPS,Amity) .As GDG is higher in budget so I will not opt for that schools.That's ur final call how things are at ur end.

Groupwise both are good but Salwan should be a preferable one. Rest you may check with others too.

Just wanted to have a query that most of the schools being talked about here are new schools which are on the other side of highway NH8, except DAV and Salwan , can u please rate few schools in Old gurgaon area like Blue bells, Gems Intenational, Maurya School Sidheswar and any other good schools in this part of Gurgaon?. I too agree to it Sakshi. Infact i too wanted to know ask about Blue Bell school which is normally considered in top schools in rating surveys but bit confused about its reputation as when i been to the Epicentre exhibition i discussed with their admission counsellors who told its FCFS basis admission so it was not competition at all. Similarly in this forum also someone told that they got admission easily of their child in same school which is bit confusing that a school is in demand but admission are so easy.

How can it be possible?

Yah I too agree to it.

But at the same time even schools & media have a major impact on it. You see once all schools start following fixed guidelines these problems may be overcome easily.
