Nursery Admissions in Delhi NCR 2025-26

Hello Amit, KG and prep are same. Basically, it is just a nomenclature. For example, DAV has LKG and UKG instead of normal Nursery and KG that you hear. Similarly, some schools have Prep rather than KG. Either way, our kids need to study 2 years to get to Class 1!

So in DPS curriculum, one year extra is required.

I dont know how we can decide what is better for kids.

All schools should have same criteria.

Really confused.

I have applied for Amiown Nursery and DPS Prenursery.

Still dont know which one should i opt for.

Amity and DPS 45 are pretty much neck-and-neck. I missed the bus, but you don't. Get your kid into Amiown Nursery. Amiown is a wonderful school and 2 years spent there will be well spent.

Moreover some schools have upper cut off and always can change if do not like the existing school as you can see vacancy in good schools like Heritage for KG onwards on their website even now.

Hi all, I went and deposited DPS 45 form today. They said self attested copy is ok..however I see here that they told another parent for gazetted officer sign..so confused now. Will they reject my form?
@Sunil I called LVIS for documents and they said gazetted officer signature is reqd. They did not mentioned public Notary. What should we do..this is really a crazy experience. School ppl are giving diff info to diff ppl!!!

Tuhina - I confirmed with LVIS and they confirmed either Notary or Gazetted officer signature will work.

For nursery - 16000 is annual fees, monthly tuition fees = 8500, coveyance = 2500, and at the time of admission they are charging total 99000/= (which includes admission fees, annual fees, first Quarter fees)
