Shakil, you jus need to write an e-mail to the principal (aisvasundhra@aisv.amity.edu) and mention that you couldn't unfortunately attend the interaction because of an unavoidable circumstance. I did the same, and ive been called on the 9th afternoon slot. I guess Amity people would accomodate you as well!

Hi Soubhik, thanks for your reply..I have spoken to them over phone which a lady answered and she has assured of accommodating me in the 9am slot on the same day (Sep 10). Even then, should I drop an e-mail to aisvasundhara@aisv.amity.edu for formal confirmation? Please advise.

Also, in how much time did they reply to your e-mail in your case?

Hi Shakil, I have been through the interaction for both schools.
In amity it starts on time and just takes 15-20 minutes in all (max 1/2 hr) .
in DPSGV it takes time 3-4 hrs.
Best way will be to attend first Amity interaction and Try to convience DPSGV to shift it to 12:30 or 01:00 ,as takes only 10 minutes between these schools.

Thanks Brijesh for your advice. I called up Amity and they are happy to accommodate me in the 9 am slot and then I expect to be free by 10 am to conveniently attend DPSGV interview.

Hi Today result will out of APJ around 3pm,
But We both are in office.
Any body can suggest us that the result list will there in evening around 7pm.

Same is the case with us as well. We will reach by 8 PM as currently we both are going to Gurgaon. Will be great if someone can let us know the result or tell us if we can go after 8 PM and check the results in school

You can check the result anytime before tomorrow morning. Teacher there said result would be there till tonight so even 8pm will be ok. Go and check it. Have ample time as its chaotic out there u have to go to around 15 sheete

Swati on company letter head just mention ur total yr with present company emp code and ur designation....nothing else
