Thanks Ruchi. I too completed the admission formalities at DPSGV on 17th. Good to know another parent from our own society so my kid will have company :)
I noted their route details do not have Express Garden as a stop but I checked with them and they clarified that they will be coming out with new routes before the orientation (somewhere in Feb). Did you check on that part as well?
Yep I had a discussion with Vishal a few days back when I noted his email on our society yahoo group and noted we were on the same page :) and my wife told me that she knows you as well when I discussed with her (her name is Deepali).. You guys meet at the evening garden sessions with kids I think!! My son currently goes to Kidzee.
All the best to you as well :)
Thanks,

HI Concerned parents,
Do anyone gone to submit forms at St. Francis. I just went back (left my spouse there) ,there was a huge lines of around 1/2 km..... its the real test of parents to be stay in broad day sunlight ...
SFS is now accepting forms without salary certificate & asking parents to bring it at the time of interaction...
Vishal any idea, for Indrapurum , what date they are giving for interaction.
24th September for Indirapuram
Yash they have given 24th sep . Slots are 10 Am -11 Am, 11 Am-12 PM, 3Pm - 4 Pm, 4 PM - 5 PM.
If someone wants a date of 26th /28th he/she can submit the form day after tomorrow.
well said krishna, whats the point of blocking seat of another child when u have already got through in your preferred school. All parent should think on this.
hi shashank......yup distance is main criteria for me too as well.....n that's why I deposited form in SFS......as m residing in indirapuram SFS is more nearer than DPSGV....n applied for DPSI too....so if Krishna thinks that this is madness so let it be....as I want to open all da options for my 3 yr old baby......DPSGV is quiet far than SFS....it is jus like if SFS wud have opened their registrations b4 DPSGV....then I wud definitely give a thought of applying in other school if my son wud have got da admission in SFS earlier......thanks
Hi Brijesh,
sorry for sounding rude..ofcourse you have the right to do the best for your child and its your hardwork.
my commenbt was general and that includes me also..in my elder son's case I too had applied for 7 schools(his preschool adviced 10) and appeared for interaction in 5!
he got through 4 of them(jaipuria, amity, dpsgv and dpsi ..didn't get through fas)..so I guess we all do this and add to the chaos!
in hindsight I find my act stupid.
all kids get through most of the schools except maybe some very few!but the hype is such that we endup applying different schools, block seats etc etc..so its just schools who are gaining.
for my younger one also I applied amity, dpsgv and dpsi..he got through both amity and dpsgv...so its not the scarcity of good schools or seats that's the actual problem..its the hype and fear around it!
in my opinion dpsgv is not very far...I live near shipra mall and its just 2.5kms..my son goes to school at 7.10 for classes at 7.30.thats fine for me..
all the best to you and other parents here!
