do you mean that even after filling the seats now, by the start of next session (in 2014-15) Amity will again have some seats vacant?

so in that case if they again publish the ad & i go to them in january 2014, i'll get a seat without any interaction etc....or do they charge some extra amount at that time...if u have any idea...?

Hi Swati,Vishal , In my opinion Academics wise Amity ,Vasundhara ,Sec-6 is far better from DPS rajnagar ( there are 2-3 DPS there ,are you talking about the new one with AC?)
I know parents from both school and Amity has very good feedback ,in co-curicular activity Amity may lake ...I will go with Amity between these 2.

Can you please tell how are the schools like Vishwa Bharti and Cambridge,Noida,DPS indirapuram in comparison to GIIS.Which one is better.Please give your feedback.

archana gautam,whatever info i have on that basis there is no interaction in bal bharti public school,admission is totally on point basis plus lottery,see their website for details.

Admission to Montessori-I (2014-2015)

 

Following is the schedule for Montessori Admission (2014-2015)

A.   Eligibility Criteria : Age between 03 and 04 years as on 31 March 2014

B.   Admission Schedule

1.	Advertisement in Newspaper	31 Aug 2013 & 01 September 2013 ( Saturday & Sunday ) – The Times of India
2.	Issue of Application Forms from The School Counter/Downloading of forms	02 - 13 September 2013
3.	Receipt of filled in forms	03 - 16 September 2012 (on all working days) Timings : 08.00 - 11.30 a.m. only
Note : Forms can also be downloaded from school website : www.bbpsnoida.com w.e.f. 02 - 13 September 2013.
4.	Display of Admission List	21 Sept 2013 at 03.00 p.m. on school website as well as Notice Board
5.	Admission Formalities	23 Sept  13 to 27 Sept 13
6.	Filling Up of Residual Vacancies, if any	30 Sept 13 onwards

 C. Criteria for Award of Points

Points will be allocated to the applicants on the basis of the following criteria.

1.	Neighbourhood Distance

2.	Old Parents ( Case of Sibling )	20	60

4.	Children with Special Needs (Autism, ADHD, Physically Challenged, Learning Disability, Speech Defect etc )	10	80
	‘Special Needs’ is an umbrella underneath which a staggering array of diagnoses can be wedged.   Medical Issues  :   Parents of children diagnosed with heart defects, muscular dystrophy, chronic conditions like asthama, diabetes, visual impairment and hearing impairment are required to very specifically mention in the admission form.   Behaviour Issues :With diagnoses like ADHD, parents are to register under special needs.   Developmental disabilities : Autism and Speech Disorder are also to be registered under Special Needs.   Other learning disability issues and Mental Health issues, if any concerning your ward are to be brought to the notice of school authority at the time of admission.
5	Under school specific parameters which the school will decide, 20 points will be given.	20	100

D. Reservation of Seats as per Govt Guidelines.  

E. Essential Documents

Following supporting documents duly attested, are to be submitted at the time of admission :

• Attested Date of Birth Certificate of the Child.
• Proof of Residence.
• Relevant authenticate certificate ( Only in case of SC/ST/OBC/EWS ).
• Medical Certificate of the Child (for children with special needs).
• Attested passing out certificate of Father/Mother
  ( School, Graduation & Post Graduation )
• Proof for Sibling ( Wherever applicable ).
• Proof for Alumni ( Wherever applicable ).
• Vaccination Card duly stamped by qualified pediatric.
• Proof of any other criteria that the school may decide for the allocation of 20 points under
  school specific parameters.

F. Withdrawals after Admission

If any parent or guardian, after depositing the full fee for admission of a child, chooses to withdraw the child from the school within one month from the date of admission, then the school shall retain Registration Charges, Admission Fee and Tuition Fee for one month only, and shall refund the rest. In case, any fee collected from the parent (s) or guardian of a child, whose admission is cancelled subsequently due to non submission of original documents for verification by the due date, or if any information or document submitted prove to be false or wrong, the entire fee except registration amount will be refunded.

 

G. Admission Methodology

• Candidates will be ranked on the basis of points scored.
• Draw of lots will be held if the number of candidates with identical points is in excess of available vacancies.
• A waiting list of minimum 70 will be prepared on the basis of ranking.
• Draw of lots will be held at 10.00 a.m. on 21 September 2013 only if there is a need for it. Confirmation for the same will be communicated latest by 19 Sept 2013.
• The school shall display its Admission List on the website,www.bbpsnoida.comas well as on the School Notice Board on 21 Sept 2013 at 03.00 p.m.

Hi Sakshi,

The Bal Bharti Public School is asking for Medical Certificate Of Fitness from a qualified Practitioner. What does that mean? Do i have to give the medical certificate of a pediatrician   for my daughter from hospital?
