I want to know what is the full definition of "Transfer case" in nursery admission

I born in rajasthan.Now i lives in delhi & do a central govt. job from last 8 years in delhi.which is an transferable job as per my office rules.

my daughter born in delhi........will it be considered as "transfer case"

I got the invitation letter from AVB school IP extension saying that Draw of lots  for applicants will be conducted on 21st Feb which is against the guidelines.  Can you please raise this issue of AVB school conducting early draw of lots.

Due to 70 to 80% of Inter State transfer cases in top schools like DPS Dwarka there are many parents with 70 points who are left with no luck for their admissions of child in nursery. There is no point in introducing the guideline 'Inter State Transfer case' criteria which is only applicable for mid term admission. How will you crosscheck inter state transer cases for Parents working in Private organizations:

1) Proof of residential address where parent is posted to

2) Duration…

What is the criteria to distribute the available seats in EWS catergory, Girl Child category, open seats and some other category.

Modern Convent School, Dwarka declared 252 seats for nursery. Out of which 5% for Girl child category i.e. 13 seats and for open general category only 36 seats. Whether rest seats are for EWS and disadvantage group or some other category is pending.

Please Clarify.

DPS Mathura road and Blue Bells Int'l Kailash colony i would like to bring to in your notice that there are many more schools which are not considering the EWS category applicants who are residing out of 1 Km radius.

Request to you kindly have a severe look onto this matter.

 ज्यादातर स्कूल्स ईडब्लूएस में १ किलोमीटर के दायरे से बाहर के बच्चो को ले ही नहीं रहे जबकि जनरल में ये 8 किलोमीटर है। जबकि दिल्ली में ज्यादातर क्षेत्र ऐसे भी है जिनके १ किलोमीटर के दायरे में कोई विद्यालय आता नहीं है।कृपया हमारी मदद करें  क्योंकि इस स्थिति में ढेर सारे स्कूल्स ने तो ड्रा के बिना ही एडमिशन ओके कर दिए है ,अभी २८ फ़रवरी दूर है कृपया करके इसको रोकने का कष्ट करें।

when is the draw of lots for girl child in blue bells international and if it has been done, where can i view the results because their site has inadequate information.

NO respite  from DOE circular , situation is  same, only few lucky ones with 70 points will get call from  some schools  but what about the majority  and what about the top schools ????  

   70 pointers are not even considered for draw.  what a wonderful policy  our govt  and honorable LG saheb  has framed out

 'Atithi Devo Bhavah अतिथि देवो भवः and rest go to Hell
